Cultured, hand-churned grass-fed desi cow ghee prepared via traditional Vedic Bilona method
Our A2 Ghee is not made from raw cream or industrial centrifuges. We follow the sacred 5-step Vedic Bilona process: boiling fresh A2 milk, converting it to cultured curd, bi-directional wooden churning to harvest makkhan (butter), and slow heating over dung cakes in brass pots. The resulting ghee has a distinct grainy (danedar) texture, golden amber hue, and irresistible nutty aroma packed with vital nutrients.
